STANDARD COMMERCIAL SERVICE - $180/hr - 1 Hour Minimum
Traditional and Entry Level Single-Boiler Espresso Machines, Coffee Brewers, Grinders, General Service
ADVANCED COMMERCIAL SERVICE - $195/hr - 1 Hour Minimum
Advanced and Specialty Multi-Boiler Espresso Machines
IN-SHOP COMMERCIAL SERVICE - $140/hr
Any work on commercial equipment performed in our shop
HOME-USE EQUIPMENT SERVICE - $95/hr - $45 Diagnostic - In-Shop Only
Any work on small, home-use equipment performed in our shop (WE DO NOT REPAIR KEURIG, NESPRESSO, ETC)
TRAVEL / IDLE TIME - $95/hr
Time required to travel anywhere to and from our shop and your location / Time spent at security check-ins, service elevators, etc.
EMERGENCY SERVICE - 1.5x appropriate labor rate
Applies to any work outside of our normal service hours or work performed on the same day requested.
Parts and any additional supplies extra, including any and all applicable taxes or fees. Terms and Conditions apply to all services performed. All services are billed in 30 minute blocks after the 1 hour minimum. Contract, Wholesale, and/or Vendor labor pricing is unique and will vary.
